04 Been spamming my face with lotsa makeup cos Im getting uglier everyday. & I got new foundation from Mac! So dont ask me why.
05 Imperial Treasure for lunch at Sentosa Cove on sunday evening with my family + Jiaming. The Yin Yang Fan is yumz! I have no idea whats it called in english, but its seriously to die for. Basically its deep fried rice bits which tasted a little like those rice crispie cereals + normal white porridge in delicious fresh crab meat soup! I luv it so much.
06 Hashima!!!! Sluuuurrrrpp!
07 Hung around the marina for abit. Met this really cool Italian guy with 2 adorable kids who speaks chinese! Too cute.
08 Town with Chin for dinner at Breeks, safari feast + caesar salad with wild mushrooms!
09 Shopping! I felt generous that day so I decided to get him the limited ed shades from Topman! Its in walnut, I love it too! Besides, they were having saleee!
10 School is sucha drag. I had 4hours break and I cant stand Janice Law!!!!!!!!!!!

Yoggie
When my brother was 12years old, my dad bought him a Yorkshire Terrier which was the first living thing with 4 legs that ever stepped into our house. We named him Yoggie cos he resembles so much of some kiddy character named Yoggie Bear. I wasnt all that thrilled cos I am personally pretty afraid of animals & was a very very timid baby.
Throughout the years of growing up, we slowly adopted many pets. We had another dog named Rover (sadly he ran away & never came back. but nothin), 20+ hamsters, 2 rabbits named Scooby & Dooby, 2 japanese hens, many birds & countless of fishes. However we donated all the little pets to a primary school near our place. I wasnt affected cos it all belonged to my brother & honestly, I didnt even bother taking care of those animals.
We gave every single animal that we owned except Yoggie. Firstly because it was a very well-behaved dog. Very tamed, very obetient, extremely cute. I would always stare at him and occasionally pet his head. Yes occasionally, thats because of my fear of animals. Though he has lived with us for 9 years, I have never hugged him. But I always thought he was really cute. On the other hand, my brother being the "rightful owner" always did his job, obviously. Bringing Yoggie for walks, showering her etc etc.
As you know my brother passed away 4 years ago? During his funeral, my mum found my dog lying outside my brother's room crying. And there were tears, Im serious. Dogs do have feelings & emotions, who doesnt? He is real intelligent. As much as we all felt really depressed after my brother's death, we tried taking care of Yoggie like how my brother did. But it just wasnt the same. We slowly gave up & my dog became this really old, shaggy dog .... We didnt even realised that we were actually neglecting it.
On one fine afternoon after school about 2 years ago, I went home with no one welcoming me at the door step, no one licking my toes & wagging his tail at me. I made my way into house & realised that Yoggie was missing .... I panic & called my dad immediately. He said he gave it away to his friend as he felt that having Yoggie living tgt with us, was nothing but just reminders & sad memories to both my parents of my beloved brother. It was the point of time where I felt really sorry & disappointed with myself. I should have took good care of Yoggie & made him happy, even though my brother was already gone.
Just a few days ago, I mentioned about my dog for the Eff Com speech that I gave infront of my whole class. I really do miss Yoggie, though he may remind me about my brother, but to me, it was all happy memories.
Today after I reached home from school, the first thing my maid said after I stepped into to house was "Yoggie is here. The neighbour told me". Obviously I didnt believe her. So I started questioning her .. colour of the fur, colour of the eyes, size of the dog etc etc. She gave all the wrong answers, so I couldnt be bothered and went up to my room. However after I came out from the showers, my neighbour & his dad came over to my place & this was the conversation that we had ....
"Yoggie is here. Shes at the staircase, do you want to take a look at it?"
"No la cannot be ... my dad gave it away to his friend very long ago"
"No we're very sure its her, she responded when we called her Yoggie"
"No la .... I dont think it is."
But eventually i still made my way to the staircase to take a look. My heart was thumping real fast. There ..... I saw my poor brown-gold-black puppy lying on the steps, and I broke down into tears. I just couldnt stop crying. I know its Yoggie. I feel it. I was clueless, I didnt know what to do. So I decided to call my mum but I shall not go into this. Cos basically, she was being really anal. And I cried even more.
I decided to call junyi for help. He brought his brother & friend along to help out. Yeah I knw, sounds like some kinda dramatic animal rescue shizzz, but Im telling you, if you were there, you would break down too. We leashed him and tied him to our door, fed him water, played with him & made him feel comfortable. I was just so sure it was Yoggie .... I could just feel it.
My sister & Jiaming finally made their way down. And when my sister saw Yoggie, she cried as well. Yoggie is now at Jiaming's place for the night and would be going to the vet tmr.
Its a friday night, and you all know how I usually spent my fridays. However today was really different as you can tell. I am seriously lost for words. I cant stop crying. Yoggie's face just keeps appearing in my mind.
Its been 2 years. What took it so long to come back??? Yoggie usually knows the way home & she had been staying with us for the past 9 years, I know her well, she would never leave us. Did my dad really gave Yoggie away??? If thats true, why is Yoggie so dirty and ungroomed? Which owner would wanna take care of sucha dirty dog like that right?? OR Yoggie might have ran away and found his way back to my house. But, is that even possible??? Can dogs really sniff their way back home even though they are miles away?? ARE THEY THAT INTELLIGENT?!
Who took care of my dog? Or did it became a stray dog? If so, what made it come back only 2 years later? When he usually comes back 100% of the time.
What if i said that my brother was watching over it for the dog for the past 2 years, would you believe me??? What if I tell you that I feel that my brother is still living in me, WOULD YOU BELIEVE ME??

Rockferry
Zirca with Chin Rach Karan & his boys last friday. It was my last week of the hols to enjoy myself & QY was gonna drive us home that night so why not ... Heh. Chivas + XO (who on earth drinks XO straight from the bottle man) + Vodka + Beer = Smashed junyi, NOT me! Hhahaha. He was literally like a merlion puking all the way home! && the poor me had to clean it all up for him. But we really had alot of fun that night!
Weekends was spent hanging out with Chinny chin! Last night was a rough night for me but Im glad Im feeling much better today. Things may not go my way sometimes but at least I know my brother is always watching over me :)
Today was the start of school again! Gotta say I miss my classmates so much but lessons were a bore as usual. Ended at 5 then Chin & I went to Haato at Ridgewood for an early dinner tgt. Guess who saw? Sarah!! Havent seen her for really long, maybe about 4 or 5 years already? Anw we caught up quite abit talking about old Fairfield primary days where she would always guide me while reading my storybooks HAHA. Im serious ... I had some language problem back then :/
